Episode 1, the Synchro Diving
Housemates and Lustralboy favourites, Jack Laugher and Chris Mears, etched their names into the history books as they became Great Britain's first ever diving medallists at an Olympics Championships.
Beating both the Chinese and US duos into the lower medal positions with their unique, 'world changing' fifth dive, they deserved their win by just a three point margin.
Episode 2, Jack takes silver on the 3 metre Springboard.
Jack Laugher has taken British diving into dreamland. Before Rio, Britain had won seven medals and no golds in 112 years of Olympic diving competition; in the space of six days Laugher has delivered two medals at the Maria Lenk Aquatics Centre, following up his gold medal in the synchronised 3m springboard with a silver last on Tuesday in the individual competition. After poor performances in the prelims from which he qualified in last place, he found his form in the final, outshone only by the experienced Chinese diver.
Well done Jack and Chris. Long may the bromance continue and and here's to more to come in Tokyo in 2020.
